The Mining Association of BC is the predominant voice of mining in British Columbia representing mineral producers, coal producers and companies involved in exploration, development and smelting of minerals within the province. The Association’s broad functions are to promote the interests of its members provincially and nationally, to work with government and other stakeholders on policies affecting mining, to inform the public and to promote cooperation between member firms to solve common problems.The primary role of MABC is the presentation of industry information and views to the BC government.
